Privacy act violation?

Hi! I don't work with the navy. I work with an entity of the U.S. Navy called MWR. I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant and showing already like I'm 20 weeks. Some woman asked me who was in the Navy if I was pregnant she is barely an aquaintence. And I hadn't told my folks yet and I told her that we cant disclose health information then I got a message from my friend who is in the Navy that asked me if I was pregnant because he found out from his coworker (by name he had mentioned the woman) that I was pregnant. Do I have the right to file a complaint against the Navy? What relevance does my pregnancy condition have to the U.S. Navy or file a complaint about this woman to her employer? This was mentioned on federal property. I felt violated. If doctors cant disclose peoples conditions than why can the U.S. Navy, she wasn't even my employer. Thanks for your help.
