Could MWR and Toyota be doing a better job of maintaining the #56 car, in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series?

I think that if you go back and take a good look at all the replay angles from different cars you will find that Harvick caused that whole mess as usual. It was smart of him to be able to start it and then get away while they piled-up behind him. He is the master of this tactic!
