Does anyone know of a sure way to remove salt stains created by sea-spray on terrazzo flooring?

I live on the beachfront. I have a summer hut just beside the sea with concrete chairs with terrazzo type surface. During the windy season, however much I wash and clean them I am unable to stop the formation of these whitish salt stains. Could anyone help?
