Do MWR civilian afloat employees get pre-employment drug screens? what are they like?

I am currently an mwr employee, have been for a while. I am about to transfer to the mwr afloat program and will be required to undergoe a physical exam prior to deployment. I was NOT given a urinalysis for my current DOD position as a civilian, however the new position being a bit more prominent (still within MWR), will most likely test me... Which would usually be fine execpt I have smoked quite frequently recently, unaware that I would be transferring. Will they test me? I read that according to their privacy act etc they cannot watch me pee as a civilian.... are there any afloat civiliana employees or anybody that knows what they are talking baout in reference to MWR civilian employees that can tell me what i can expect?????
