What do I need for an electric boat motor?

I just got a new blow up boat that can handle an electric trolling motor. Its the Intex Excursion 5 if you need to know, it is rated for 5 people. I have never had a boat, so I dont know about motors. My question is, what do I need to have a good set up as far as rechargeable batteries are concerned and what brands are good and affordable for both the motor and the battery. I will be out on windy lakes with my kids so I need to know I have a good power setup to get me back to shore! Thanks everyone!
