Being singled out by NCO?

dude my advice ignore the NCOIC as long as the abuse is not physical and suck it up through the deployment and transfer out of your section or unit.You are a mere junior soldier and the chain of command will always cover up a senior NCO. If you complain to your 1SG and CPT it will only complicate the situation and your NCOIC will harass you even more.
