Why do I feel so extremely cold?!?

If its really really bad and/or you get numbness in your limbs, Go to a doc, you might have poor blood circulation and/or heart issue. Keep in mind you could just be over dramatic... (also 17 degrees in Celsius is not bad.... in Fahrenheit its below freezing) so I would assume you mean Celsius (62 Fahrenheit) which is not Cold... And where is is Winter in June???
