How can i get a id card for the military or something that has my picture on it my daughter is a dependant?

How can i get a id card for the military or something that has my picture on it my daughter is a dependent her dad is in the active duty army i have a agent card but they give me hassle everytime i use it to get on she is also almost two she has a military id card but even with the Agent card which gives me access to the comisarry the bx or in some cases px depending where you are and Mwr ect i just go on there to take her to the doc they say i need to get something else but will not tell me what her dad lives in alaska and i live in las vegas he is active duty like i had already stated above we are not together and we have never been married, i do not want to go through this everytime they made me sit in the visitors center for two hours before they proceeded to let me on base mind you i have to go to nellis airforce base here in vegas when i lived on post before as a nanny for one of my friends before i ever had my daughter i never had a problem that was with the army, why is the airforce so difficult, the tw security guard was rude and i had to call the officers station and have them tell the security/visitors station to let me and the tw told the officer that everytime i need to go on Base i am going to have trouble and that she will be calling him he proceeded to tell her on the phone that we then that was the way it was going to be but i'll still have to wait two hours to get on everytime that is a waste.. i have physical custody of my daughter her father only has her as a dependent for tricare and he just added her three weeks ago today was the first time they have done this to me the first two times it was no problem getting on. i do not want to go through this headache just to take my little girl to the doctor or emergency room .
