Constantly hot! Help!?

For some reason I am constantly hot and sweating! I have no idea why! It can be very cold and windy and if I walk to college in a about 5 minutes without a doubt I will be sweating! What is wrong? Also my palm are always very sweaty! I am only 17 so its not menopause, and it's all year round.
