How do I make a free morale call to a Pittsburgh 724 area code?

Been in Afghanistan for a few months now and I'm able to use a calling card to call home and such, and use the MWR. But I'd rather not pay to make calls home. Is there a DSN number that I can call that will patch me to the 724 area code?
